Our Governor has to help us. How can Eversource be allowed to rip us off. Our Gas bill keeps doubling every month and we have not change anything thermostat is the same as last year actually our usage went down due to less people in our home. $almost $800 to heat a 2 bedroom apartment this is ridiculous

These delivery charges are putting my family in a really bad situation. Getting us to the point of probably having to sell our home and move. This month alone our bill for gas and electricity is almost $1000 how can we continue to live if we can't pay our bills

Rate increases to cover infrastructure maintenance and improvement costs are expected. But approving a 40% increase in delivery rates is irresponsible and unsustainable for the general public. (Department of Public Utilities (DPU) approved adjustments that took effect on November 1, 2024, accounting for a 40% increase in the total rate. When rate increases exceed inflation and standard COL increases it should require significant investigation into the financial justification for said increases. And they should not be approved. The impact is going to be nothing short of tragic here in MA.

Delivery fee is so high and it adds so much to the bill overall. I heat with wood just to help my cost down and i shut off rooms. This is hurting so much when other visits are so high. Please help alleviate the costs.

This is a crime to be charged these ridiculous rates and should be returned to all that have paid these fees with the threat of shutoff if not paid.
