This is egregious as there are NO alternatives to "shop" - so anti trust between Eversource and Comcast (on Cape Cod)we are hostages.

My electric rates have increased significantly over the past two years. Monthly, our electric bill is $1000 a month (during the winter). We do not have electric heat. We generally expect this rate in the summer months but are at a loss and fear we won’t be able to afford our electricity in the summer months.

As a senior I am outraged at these fees. Our bills have tripled for our gas. We have a brand new gas heater which is extremely efficient, a gas dryer, gas water heater and gas stove. Still our bills with Columbia Gas never exceeded $100 through the winter. Get to the bottom of this and return all fees to the people who use their services!

I live at the same address for 6 years and I have never seem my gas and electrical bill so high. I have not done anything different and still my bill is almost double

I try to be conservative with my electric usage, even have solar to help with keeping the cost down in winter. Only to be charged absurd amount of delivery fee. My electric portion of the bill is affordable BUT then the delivery fee is crazy expensive. Whats the point of being conservative when you're getting screwed either way.

Many households are serverly burdened by these increased prices. I hear folks talking at grocery stores. I hear folks at church they are living on tight budgets. My children stretch to pay their electric bills. I’m a registered voter but live in Senior housing. I’m aware of the cost to light up our small community. Please look into how you have affected the population of MA. Thank you

I live in CT and have oil heat but my Electric bill keeps going up and up and it's not because I use gas. Ever source has raised electricity rates for everyone in CT
