I pay three times more for delivery charges than usage. I can't understand how we pay more money to deliver than what we use. That's like charging for 30 pizzas when you only ate one!!!!!

Why are delivery rates higher than the actual usage? Why do I have a charge for solar, electric vehicle charge and many other things that I don’t have. I do have energy assistance from PACE, but my bill is STILL outrageous.

33 solar panels on my house and I received a $711 electric bill

These delivery fees are way too high. The delivery fee matches the bill amounts & doubles the bill. $200 electric= $200 delivery fee. That is an example, but I live in a 600 sq ft house. The actual bill has been much higher than this. My heat stays at 65. I shut down one of the rooms that is on a different thermostat. That room is 55.

I hope there is some relief soon with eversource as well as national grid delivery fees. These delivery charges are not realistic for those of us struggling financially.
