This company is a disgrace. Nickeling and diming people to death! They sleepy on fixed incomes. Everyone having to live pay check to paycheck just to pay outrageous prices for no more usage than we normally use! This is evil to do to people. Eversource and Maura Healey should be ashamed of themselves!!!! This is wrong!

I have solar and have used less energy in 2024 and 2025 then prior yrs and somehow my bills are over 300 plus. Stooped sprinklers, stopped the pool, shower at the gym, and yet bills o higher and higher for less power used. It's insane.

I had a negative balance in December 2024 -$236.00. I just received a bill for $1,200. How is that possible. Plus one of my pipes froze and the boiler was off for 4 weeks until it got repaired end of February beginning of March. I live by myself with my son who’s disabled and we’re not home from 9:00 to 5:00 in the evening. The gas and the electric company are out of control. Seems like I earn a paycheck to pay taxes and utility bills. Please help!

Delivery fees are outrageously expensive and unacceptable.
