Currently, residents do are forced to accept the utility company designated for their address. Thus, Allowing a substantial increase in one year let alone semi annual should be reversed. Need to breakdown what comprises the “Delivery Charge” so customers can understand what’s causing the increase. The customer should have a vote on any increases given by the commonwealth of MA

Screw Eversource. My delivery fees are 3x my supply rate. $450 electricity bill. Insane!

it seems to be a trend as a winter month approach their daily rate rises. They stress to us to cut back. Be efficient insulate do everything and then they jack up the rates anyways.
