This is nothing new and concerns have been reported for years now. Rates have only continued to increase reaching absurd and abusive levels. Our bill this month was ridiculous while keeping temperature at no higher than 62 degrees with medical conditions. It must be addressed and corrected!

This delivery charge is outrageous! I just read that the CEO makes $18 million a year. 18 MILLION dollars. I am paying over $400 almost 500 from heat this month in my small house. I am keeping the heat at 60°. We are freezing and paying through the nose. This is not OK.

Im tired and im disgusted by the abuse of Corporate dominance by the monopolized entity. How can we involuntarily be charged for services or products such as the lack of use of solar panels by the public.. it feels illegal on all levels.

Young family trying to survive in this economy. I own a very small 1200 square ft home. No reason my electric bill should be $400 + in the winter on top of filling my home with oil and all the other rising costs.
