Good afternoon. Thank you in advance for reading , I am currently a single mom and trying my hardest to put a roof over my daughter’s head and become my father in laws caregiver. This past gas bill nearly bowled me over. Just the little gas we used was $82 however $196 delivery charge is absolutely ridiculous for the same amount or less than the amount of gas I generally use every month. I’m sure there are people with elderly living in their home/apartments that this is hurting and we can’t afford this.

Seems I’m working only to pay my gas bill. Why am I paying $450 for delivery fee and my usage is like $300

Mass Save is a sneaky way to steal from taxpayers.....wealthy people.are having their homes insulated and brought up to code and taxpayers in Mass are paying for this. Let the voters determine how they want to spend their money since the Governors office is making such poor decisions.

The rate payers need immediate relief from these obscene prices. The 5% decrease does nothing to satisfy a $600 gas bill which $400 is for delivery charges.

This is insane. Let's get these bills lowered. I don't understand where they got these amounts

I am a 68 year old living on cape cod in a 1800 sq ft home. As with everyone else, my bill has doubled. The kicker is...we kept 3/4 of our home @ 58 degrees, only heating our bed and bath @ 68 and 60 @ night! I can't imagine the bill had we heated the other rooms.

Halt the hikes. Reverse the rates. Make Mass a great place to live again so that you don’t chase people out of the state. There are so many people that have lived here their whole lives, are now on fixed incomes I retirement years and can’t afford electricity in addition to mention groceries or gas!

Bring back our state’s energy plants back online!!!!!!

I just switched from oil to gas heat in November to help save money, and now gas is more expensive than oil! My family cannot afford this on top of the cost of the new heating system. Something must be done.
