My eversource gas bill has more than doubled since last year and is now close to $800 per month for a two bedroom apartment. The delivery charge alone was $500. We keep the heat set at 60 degrees. I feel like I've been robbed. I'm a PhD student and I can't afford this.

These rate hikes in delivery fee is stealing money from local residents. Installation of updates electrical infrastructure primary for electric cars has a detrimental effect on everyone especially those who don't own or can afford E cars. At the rate you are charging us we are discriminatively footing the bill for the wealthy entitled who could afford cars that are only for the wealthy residents.... Stop stealing our money and make increase charges particularly for those who drive e-cars.... You will know who they are because they can or have filed for tax breaks....
