A 5% reduction in gas delivery charges for the months of March and April WITH a payback with interest in the July is not acceptable! We have endured a 30% delivery increase charge for 2 years now.

How is someone who is already on an impossible tight budget supposed to work this increase into their minimum wage job? And why aren't there laws preventing this type of increases from utilities???

Getting charge for Solar charge without solar panels. Other charges on Bill that help run everyone should not be our responsibility
