The delivery fees should NOT be higher than the spending cost of usage. Eversource is basically a monopoly in this area and it feels like we're being held hostage by a bully. Where's the justification or reasoning behind these massive fees? Winter is one of the hardest seasons financially for a lot of people and it feels like being severely taken advantage of

These exorbitant prices are outrageous and unfair! This is highway robbery and seems illegal to me. Something has to change!

So discussed it with these delivery fees, the prices are way too high for people to be affording

Eversource has done this long enough. It affects everyone but most especially business owners and commercial locations. These delivery fees are insane and this must come to an end.

$600 electric bills are untenable!!

Eversource is scamming every one of us and we are tired of it

Unacceptable rates and no options for other services.

We are paying literally 1/4 of our rent in gas prices for a small 2bd apartment in a neighborhood where housing already got quite expensive (Somerville) and this is getting ridiculous.

Stop the steal!!! The people of Massachusetts are not pawns in a corporate game, nor are we commodities to be exploited by unchecked monopolies and complacent regulators. We are the backbone of this state—families, workers, business owners, retirees—who rise each day and give our all to build our communities. And yet, while we struggle to put food on the table, to keep up with rent, mortgages, healthcare, and basic necessities, Eversource, backed by feeble oversight and silent enablers, dares to take more.

Eversource is making it impossible to pay for electric- the fees are outrageous and ridiculous.

These bills are outrageous.. they are robbing us in broad daylight .. they want us poor and on the street stop this madness

DPU commissioner needs to be replaced, delivery charges need to be eliminated, 2 consumer advocates need to be added to the DPU board.
