My delivery charge this month was is $702.00 my usage was 667.47 how can my delivery charge be more then what I used. That is CRIMINAL!

Why don't they look into the public benefits scam that they have been pulling since 1999. I called Eversource the other day and the guy on the phone told me that they have been doing this since 1999 but now they are forced to show us that they are taking our money from us. They are stealing our money under the pretense of Mass Save. They call it public benefits, but it does not truly go to anyone in need of help paying their bills, instead it is a scam for them to steal our money.

I’m not at retiring age yet but how can retires survive in this state with these charges
This state is going downhill very quickly and I can see many people moving out
Mass save I understand is getting a chunk of these charges ,I would like to know what they are getting paid to spray a couple of cans of spray foam,a couple of bags of blown in insulation and supply 10 light bulbs plus a multiplug outlet strip
I bet it’s a charge into the thousands

This is ridiculous that delivery fees are higher then the actual use cost! We need a petition against mara healey who played a huge roll in this problem

It is so sad that we have to work just to make sure that our light and our gas bills are paying whatever source they are robbing us and it's so sad that we have to accept it we need to fight and stay together and do something about this this is crazy

My charges for delivery fees run an additional 50%. My sons,National Grid is @150%. Plus a fast increase for fuel charge.

I always paid 200 a month and always had a credit for winter months. In April when o get my tax return I look at the to see if the automatic payments need adjustment. My bill was 1900 dollars from November to March with paying the 200 a month!
