Please greatly reduce the delivery charge or eliminate it. It's more than my electrical usage. This causes hardship, especially for seniors on fixed income.

Something needs to be done to hold all accountable for allowing Eversource to increase their fees, (especially Eversource) in such exorbitant amounts. It's unacceptable and shameful that anyone thinks a household in these times can afford such an increase in one utility bill every month!

Every year it goes up and up last year January 2024 it was close to 800 This past December, it was $1000. It is crazy. I’m a single mom who has the help of older kids To pay for my light bill in winter It’s like pain another mortgage and I have a townhouse not a whole house a townhouse

These exorbitant extra charges on gas and electric have taken all our savings and each month the bills are the equivalent of two weeks of paychecks. With a mortgage, all the taxes and insurance required to live in Massachusetts, and maybe some groceries that we can't afford, there's less than zero left to live. There are 4 weeks in a month and it is impossible to earn and work any harder than we already do. We will not continue to be able to survive if our government and representatives don't do something to help us NOW!
