This is disgraceful how my energy price has gone up in one month it has doubled word very little different and energy usage for basic electricity I heat with oil. I come home to find out about the rate increase after I had heart surgery I'm retired and I'm low income something needs to be done about this. I will vote this term on how the outcome of this turns out

For those of us on fixed incomes, and limited at that, these delivery fees are ABUSIVE! We have little or no extra funds to keeping paying these increased costs. Stop the abuse now!
