The bills going out are sinful, particularly the "delivery charge". Something must be done to reduce these rates.

I am a single mother, with 3 kids. I pride myself on not pulling out the single mother card, but enough is enough. My highest gas bill never went past $300, this month is $509. How do I manage that if this goes on? I can't.
