My family can afford to pay more in delivery fees than the usage. Our taxes already pay for the wires on the poles, that's how it gets delivered.

Eversource charging higher and higher delivery rates is extortion.

The cost of living has gotten out of control and something needs to be done!! How is it im using less resources to ‘save money’ than last year but paying more?!

It is outrageous that our public officials would allow EVERSOURCE to not only monopolize the market, worst yet, to rob our everyday citizens who struggle to put food on our tables. Enough with price gauging with delivery fees! It is time we take action and hold those responsible, accountable.

This is a working class tax! The delivery charges that you are allowing Eversource to charge residents is theivery! Why should we pay for their bad investments. Also why would you set the state up to divest natural gas and limit our resources in the winter? 70% of residents use gas to heat households. This is government over reach to limit our access to essential resources! Energy poverty is real.

My bill has doubled since last year!! This is outrageous!!!

During our meetings, we’ll also discuss the legislature and their lack of action in these matters, even approving these rate and delivery hikes. This collective aims to join together to share our exorbitant bills and experiences, strategize on the actions that can be taken, and discuss the results of these actions, both individual and collective. If we don’t band together now, organize, and fight back, these prices will not only remain but surely increase. I urge you to advocate for your constituents and take immediate steps to address these unfair practices by Eversource. Your support in bringing about legislative changes to protect consumers from such exploitative pricing is crucial. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
