These rates have gotten out of control! When it cost more to get your gas "DELIVERED" to your house than the cost of actually HEAT the house, there's something wrong here!

A good explanation of why the rates are going up (in layman’s terms). Since most of the inflation is due to corporate greed, one would think that utilities would slow increases so that those not of the 1% can afford to heat their homes.

My electric bill for last month was $599.84 and I have 30 solar panels on my house. I used more electricity than the panels generated and the cost for that with “Clean Energy” was $289.61 for the supplier. Eversouce charged $310.23 for the delivery. Please make this make sense. And on top of that, I still must pay $248.00 to Everbright for the purchase of my solar panels. That is over $800.00. My house is all electric.
