Why is delivery more than supply? My bill went up $200! Not only that but we had the whole house insulated and instead of going down it went up $200. Something is definitely wrong with billing!

stop the waste in Eversource delivery. get management and stockholders a hair cut and hire street /field managers to supervise contraction. no cops to direct traffic .
