What I find so frustrating is that Eversource as taken away a person's ability to problem solve issues in their day to day life. I can turn the thermostat down, close off rooms, etc to decrease usage... but I can do NOTHING to decrease a delivery fee that seems to be corporate greed.

Eversource rates are out of control. Makes no sense that the delivery charges are higher than the supply and I feel like that is a way to keep a foothold on customers as they seek out renewable energy. Regardless of what supplier you have, or how many solar panels, they still rip us off because it’s their lines we must use.

Rates way to high

In addition WE should receive a royalty check every month for the extraction of natural resources that belong to all of us.

My electric bill is my whole disability check. I need to eat and pay my rent. This is unacceptable as it's 4 times the amount I use to pay before I moved.

My concern is that my electric bill should be lower besides me having solar panels. I have two bills sun run and eversource has concerning charges listed different charges especially supplier and then delivery @ different charges monthly?! Please don’t tell me that if am not home I will be charged for utilities that are not in usage. Honestly how does my neighbor owe $545.67 if they are not home. What is the purpose for solar panels if you’re robbing customers?! Yet you say solar panels have batteries to be charged by electricity The ever source bill is different amounts? It doesn’t make sense. Delivery and supplier are different amounts for everyone but there’s no way you can charge outrageous prices. People work for a living they are not home and if so the expense doesn’t add up. What is the difference between Covid years ago and then go crazy raising prices NOW? Please don’t say it’s the usage because you’re obvious at this point. Turn on the light switch for 10 minutes and your bill is 600$ something is not right if people are expressing their concerns. You need to credit customers asap. Or reimburse them. Please stop with your unnecessary made up charges to profit from the community

Outrageous . Got to work 24/7 to survive

There is absolutely no reason why we should be paying MORE for electricity delivery than for the usage!!! This is robbery!

I have eversource for electric, heat with oil. My electric bills have been 4/500 monthly, ridiculous!! As a single mom I can’t keep up with this bill constantly rising.

Outrage charges

The cost of delivery should never be double the cost of the actual product. Elderly can barely afford to live and now can’t even keep lights on.

It's sad what Maura Healey and company are doing to this state. She's driving us over a cliff like CA and NY.
