Petition To Halt And Reverse Eversource Rate And Delivery Hikes, Eliminate Extortive Public Interest Charges

My bill is double what I usually pay in the Winter! It’s going to be a choice of paying your bills or eating!

When delivery charges are twice the amount of actual usage there's an issue. Please do something this is ridiculous!
