I’m signing this petition due to the fact of eversource’s price gouging these prices have affected countless families in the state of Massachusetts and I see them everyday families including mine that have to decide weather to put food on our tables get gas for our vehicles or pay the high bills that they’re sending us bills that don’t even make sense this company needs to be investigated for price gouging this is unacceptable.

I am beyond frustrated with the lack of action by the State regarding these outrageous bills. Why are the delivery charges always DOUBLE the amount of the gas usage? This is unsustainable.

This has to be investigated. There is NO way any of this could be, or at least ought to be, fair or legal. My husband & I work full time & earn approx $110k/yr combined & we simply cannot afford these exorbitant fees! The ONLY reason we still have gas & electric right now is b/c my husband relies on a nebulizer machine to aid in his breathing due to a medical condition, so Eversource cannot turn our utilities off. But that doesn’t mean our monthly bills just disappear. We absolutely would be able to afford our gas & electric bills if it weren’t for these insane delivery fees, which are TRIPLE what our actual bills are.
This has got for be investigated on behalf of us citizens! It just isn’t fair.
