I desperately need assistance with my Eversource bill. It has more than doubled in the year and a half I’ve lived here using gas. It’s frightening as a single retired woman on a fixed income.

Price of gas bill has almost triple since last season house was re insulated last year heat has been lowered and bill is extremely high on fix income can't afford this look like there trying to drive us out of MA. Close to selling and leaving.

Delivery fees, Claiming hurricanes and storms for not having as good a profit, so punishing us, is something you could never do as a company with no monopoly, protected by government. I can't punish my customers cuz my engine blew. Delivery fees being 140 percent of usage, is absolutely insane. You can make great money, without openly, gouging us.

Remember the day Nov 3rd 2026 Governor of Massachusetts Maura Healey will be out of office. Extortive rate, delivery hikes and fees with Mass Save. Need a class action lawsuit. Cancel Mass Save.

Eversource is claiming the rate hikes are due to MASS SAVE. That's a lie!!! MASS SAVE has been around for close to 20years and these crazy price hikes have been recent.

The constant rate hikes are ridiculous and a robbery. You are getting richer while making the poor poorer, and making it impossible for many to properly heat their homes or have any type of electricity. This needs to stop, the GREED needs to stop!
