There is no reason why these fees should be the customer's responsibility. It's the price THAT Eversource should be paying to do business.

Eversource is Ridiculous. These price hikes are to make up for their inefficiencies. Wasteful, greedy company who's top dog makes 18 million a year

Outrageously high. I have temp at a minimum, layered up in clothing and rooms blocked off. Mass Save was here. I've taken all necessary steps to be more efficient all in an effort to reduce energy and costs.

These prices are out of completely out of control and totally predatory ! Something must change !
