I opened my first electricity bill and I was shocked seeing the “delivery and other charges” exceed the overall amount of electricity used. It’s outrageous! Please take the information in this petition seriously and take positive action to lower these rates. Consumers and being taken advantage of. It must stop. Thank you for your action.

We rent and our apartment has electric heat. Despite keeping the heat setter 60 degrees our heating bill has risen over $500 for 1 month.
