I’m a 68-year-old woman on a limited budget. How can they be doing this? The greed is disgusting. How many people are they hurting for their own benefit? There’s no government control here.

Energy costs are simply out of control and service delivery fees are triple the cost of the actual product! Consumers need a solution. If I am only barely heating my home.. 66 degrees and my bill is still nearly $500 per month, how is this possible?

If You look at the current Eversource Bill that we have just received here is the breakdow: Cost of Gas = 31.5%, Delivery = 68.5%, with a Distribution Adjustment Charge = 36.1% via the Mass Legislature. This is wrong!!!

I am NOT A HAPPY COUSTMER of eversourse. Why should I have to pay.for this company bad investment(s) and all these so called free programs that I don't participate in, such as Masssave. The fact that they keep adding fees that nobody what they are for, is in my opinion criminal. Most people can't afford groceries rent and fuel.for their vehicles! And why should we tax payers foot the bill for poor mismanagement and loss investments. I don't understand why we all don't pay a flat rate for " delivery fee" such as $25 ...if the company charged each one.of us a flat delivery fee that's not over the top expensive and times that by the amount of current customers, that would add up to enough to pay for all the ".delivery "

We are senior citizens and on a fixed income. I cannot pay the thousands of dollars increased on my bill. Dec was $887, Jan was $907. We will be out on the streets soon.
