Consumers should not be paying higher rates due to bad financial decisions made by Eversource. Utilities in this state are not priced competitively or affordably. Residents are having to decide between eating and heating their homes. Shame on this example of corporate greed

This is ridiculous to have a delivery charge well over the cost of gas being delivered. This is not the way to incentivize people to convert to an alternate form of heat.
