He should serve the 71 years he was sentenced. He kidnapped, raped and murdered a young woman. Her future was stripped away by him. He had his 10 years of freedom before he was caught. This is unacceptable and in good conscious can't imagine anyone could think this is ok! He is a monster and should live the rest of his life behind bars. No EXCEPTIONS NO PAROLE!!

The victim, my sister-in-law, was a wonderful person that my children were never able to meet, I know she would have been a wonderful aunt and mother, I can't believe the State of Louisiana would let this killer free!!
