Galbraith was sentenced to 71 years. Granting parole after serving so little time is:
1. not a deterrent to others
2. Insulting to the sentencing judge that is aware of ALL of the facts of the matter
3. A disservice to the oath you took
4. A risk to others that may come into contact with this cold blooded killer

This heinous crime of rape and murder doesn't warrant parole having served such portion of the sentence. Mrs. Hill deserves more consideration. Mr. Gabraith didn't show any mercy in her demise!
