20 years is not enough time for a rapist and murderer!! You all know the % of criminals that repeat this kind if behavior. That poor family that never got to see their daughter grow to have a family , marriage, grandchildren. Shame on you for even considering this. Whatbwoukd you want dine if this were your daughter. Leave him in prison where he belongs, serving his time!

Please keep this man in jail. He took an innocent life. 71 years is what he was sentenced, 71 years is what he should serve. He should never be eligible for parole.

This man does not deserve to be paroled and should not be paroled. Once a sex offender always a sex offender. Save another young woman's life by denying him parole.

There is no reason this convicted murderer & rapist should be out of prison, walking amongst us. Please reconsider letting this man out of prison so early, it simply makes no sense for the horrific crimes he committed.

Good behavior in prison doesn't negate a brutal, senseless, murder. Parole board members MUST consider the crime. No matter how well behaved an inmate is while incarcerated it can't change the facts of the crime. It's easy not to rape and murder innocent girls while locked up in prison.

He was convicted and sentenced to 71 years. Please keep it that way. He tortured and robbed Karen of her life. 71 years is not even what he deserves.

Doing what he did is despicable and I don't feel he should be released.

He should not be given parole. What if this was your family member? Would he be released then? Keep him in prison where he belongs!
