I too have given a $1,000 refundable refund but was persuaded to switch over to a non-refundable rip off and that I would be moved to the top of the line when production started. that's been over 4 years ago. And now I demand a refund.
I want to join the suit too! They're lying scammers

Didn't think it would take this long with no real talk of how Elio plans to get us our vehicles.It be the last time I invest in someone dream. That's all we did is paid for a $1000.00 tee shirt , bumper sticker and a number. Atleast the the number you get at the meatmarket you recieve product and a smile.

I signed up for $100 non-refundable deposit for a car that I may never see, seeing how the company keeps on delaying the production. I think it's just fair that the company returns the money for not being able to fulfill their part of the transaction.

I am disabled and my wheelchair is my form of transportation. I was so excited to purchase this vehicle for myself and my companion dog. Now am I not only out of my money...my dream has been smashed as well. My dog died of old age last summer, now I have another companion dog, and I have to face the fact that this vehicle is nothing more than a dream in Paul Elio's head. I want my money back!!!!
