I would like to have my $1000 non refundable deposit back because it didn't go into production in 2016 like I was told.

I came very close to putting a deposit down but decided against it. I have watched this car company promise delivery for six years now and still no car.

I should have listened to my wife. Now I have to have another lawsuit against someone one. The only way I would accept no repayment is to have criminal charges filed on Paul Elio....

It's pretty clear that Elio never had any intention on delivering a product to it's Customers, therefore they should return all of our Money.

I was told that production would begin in the 4th quarter of 2016 by the Elio VP for sales at an event in CT in April of 2016

Would like my money back. To continue to take others money with no possibility of production is wrong. In my opinion it's tells me what the business plan was the whole time. The salaries paid for no results is more evidence.

I placed two "all-in" reservations ( the first for $1000 and the second for $250) in early 2014 with an expected delivery date of the first quarter of 2015 and have requested repayment of my money at least 3 times. There is no question in my mind that Paul Elio knew that there was absolutely no way that these vehicles would be produced in that time frame and that he and other Elio Motors representatives have continued to seek non-refundable reservations knowing full well that production at any date is unlikely..

The delays are absurd at this point, Elio should not be collecting deposits at this point and should refund customers like me who was promised a delivery 3+ years ago. Very dissapointed.

I am glad that someone started this. This farce is an embarassment! They paid themselves market salaries to deliver nothing. Count me in!

I have waited long enough. Mr. Elio needs to come to the realization HE IS an engineer and someone with executive skills needs to take over as the CEO.

At this point in time, I have two different reservations with one for $500. And one for $1000. I want my money refunded. I see that no time will Elio ever deliver it's promise to deliver a single vehicle. Due to over spending and or just scamming people out of their hard earned money!

It is a shame funds have been mismanaged and improperly vetted for what we believed was a reasonable investment and next generation transportation that appealed to a broad audience environmentally and economically. Root cause lies in either deception or unqualified business acumen.
