Elio needs to start to build.

I paid $1000 a year ago, and hope to get it back, because it looks like I am not going to see that money

Was hoping for this car for 5 years now. I wanted a car that I could use everyday and say goodbye to high gas prices and car payments. After constant delays and setbacks I have come to the conclusion I will never see the car on the road unless it is in a car show and someone somehow got thier hands on one of the prototypes. So sad that they spent so much money on hype, payroll, big homes instead of production. Get my money back. That's all I really want.

Paul Elio is still being deceptive. Its time to make him stop and pay

I am willing to be a planiff in the class action. It should be investigated if Elio had the proper permission to sell preorders

Waiting and waiting for my car that looks more and more like vaporwear.

Gave up on owning an Elio, I don't belive they will ever get to production stage.

Placed my "all-in" and if things go as they have been, I'll be dead by the time production starts. This is so close the the "Tucker" story it isn't funny.

Enough is enough. I put $1000.00 dollars down Feb 8th 2014. All it got me was #2515 in line...looks and smells like a big fat scam...

I agree I think it is wrong, to be taking people's money telling them they are going to start production at a certain time , when they have not meet their goals, they have no vehicle completed, when now they were suppose to have 25 done. No real date set they are looking at a 7.5 million fine , but yet they keep taking people's money it is time for the government or some leagal addvacate to step in and take legal action against, I know I lost my money I went 1000 bucks all in , but time for them to stop taking other people's money

I put a $1000 deposit down in July of 2013 with a promise of a car within 2 years. Apparently I threw that money away.
