Petition to file class action lawsuit against Elio Motors

I paid a $1000 deposit (Initial $100 order #100039796 placed on 1/18/2015 and upgrade to "All-In" for additional $900 order #00062109 on 11/11/2015. Have a SIL (Spot In Line) number 16011. Contacted Elio no less than 3 times, asking for a refund but told they were not available. Too many design changes and delays.

All in for $1000 since 2014, build # 1972. This is getting nothing less than rediculous.

I'd like to get my money back.

I'm tired of waiting. I'm convinced they will never go to production and Paul is just milking to get his huge paycheck.

I have paid for the $1,000 nonrefundable reservation back in 2014. I was 18 at the time, and I wanted my own vehicle by 20. Now 3 years later, I think it would be good to get my money back to use that for another vehicle instead. Especially since the production delayed once again all the way to 2018. I can't wait any longer, and $1,000 is A LOT of money I wasted for nothing!

If they ever build this auto/cycle I will be happy to purchase it at the price offered, when I signed up for it

I invested $1000 non refundable to obtain a place in line for the 3 wheeled auto, It has been a long time coming and so far no date of manufacture. One thousand dollars is not easy to come by, I am retired.

This is very likely a scam to rob people their money. Elio motors scam has to stop and refund all deposits.

Elio is a modern con artist. I want my $1000 back! There is no hope of every getting to production. Elio is just pissing the deposit money away. He belongs in jail.

I've had an all in $1000 non refundable reservation since 2014 and I'm number 5793 in line to get an elio. Seems like they are just pushing the production date back to a later date every year. It's probably never going to be made in my lifetime.

They've had my $500 over two years now. I want it back.

I have been waiting for years! I gave $500.00 deposit and got NOTHING but false hope that this will ever take off.

Been all in for years at $1000. I do not like getting taken on any deal.

I paid a non refundable deposit of $1000 with a promise of an additional $500 credit toward the purchase of an Elio which would be delivered by the Fall 2016. I want my money back.

Paid for a product that is not being provided

$100 reservation July 2014 and have lost count on the number of delays. Misinformation (to put it mildly) has been rampant.
