I was disabled from a spinal injury this was pretty much my only chance of owning a vehicle and I want my 1,000$ this is ridiculous I could have essentially built one by hand by now... They should of at the very least started production for the 1,000$ all in reservation holders by now. I've worked in manufacturing and fiscal years can start at any time of the year so they are not being transparent. Also they reached their 65,000 reservation mark and were supposed to hit the go button and never did then they pushed the production off until 2018 with no explanation as to why..Now they don't answer phone calls or emails I'm pretty pissed as I have no mode of transportation now because I put my eggs in this basket.

I paid $100 of my hard earned money in 2014 and recieved nothing, while Elio and his buddies are paying themselves $250,000 per year!

Bought my reservation October 2015, $1,000.00. "All-in" , non-refundable. I was getting daily "spam", which I'm sure is simply something shiny for the "owners" to make them feel in touch. Finally had to block them. Didn't know about this lawsuit till now. I'm on! Tired of waiting.

It is clear that Elio Motors will NOT be making a car anytime soon. If people want to get a refund, they should be able to!

I reached the point that I just want my $500 reservation that I paid to Elio Motors. I lost all confidence in them producing any cars.

I paid $1000 to go all-in and another $1000 to upgrade my name on the all-in list. I have not asked for a refund because I have dot been able to find a good address to send it to.

We made a deposit of $1,000 on 8/8/17 and have been refused a refund after four years of waiting for our promised vehicle.

I gave them a $100 deposit, not a donation. If there is no return on goods then all deposits should be refunded.

I knew it was stupid to give this outfit $1000 with their promise to add $500 in a down payment for their spurious vehicle. But I did and I've been had......bad!

I jumped in with a $1000 non-refundable with the $500 credit thinking something would be out by the time I needed a new car. That time has since come n' gone and promised dates have been delayed time after time.. That money could have gone to a much better place by now.

Elio told me no refund but we all did not realize it was a scam

Yes, this was a non-refundable deposit however, it was for a $6800 vehicle that was built on a tube frame and with a delivery date long since past. The estimated price is now $7450 (almost 10% increase) and the design has changed to unibody which means that these are basically disposable vehicles in the event of an accident. This is not the vehicle I put a deposit on and that is why I believe I am entitled to a refund.
