Petition to file class action lawsuit against Elio Motors

Paid a deposit years ago... I have no elio or my deposit refunded.

I paid a deposit on April 29, 2014, this is robbery

I’d love to get my money back on this hoax.

I bought into the hype early on and as each delivery date got moved back I felt more and more used and lied to. At one time they had a recorde message that stated their new delay. I wrote a letter to state how robbed I felt by ELIO MOTORS and never recieved a reply by mail or phone or email. At some point you have to just feel certain...no one is there. Yet they still ask people to buy in!! I want my 1500.00 back!

Con job; they should pay back folks who put down deposits.

Tired of this scam, never expected to wait more than 4 years. Misleading company .still no production date and another year added. Government needs to force return of all deposits as this company is misleading and scamming the public.

Been waiting since 2014 enough is enough. First going to be ready by 2015 then 2016,2017 2018 now 2019. No more waiting this has gone to far now.
