They had no attention of building this car the day I made my down payment. Obscene that they are still asking for money!

Too many delays, feels like a fraud! Very unhappy with Elio Motors and their way of doing business!

The contract was that Elio would have the vehicle (meeting defined specifications such as price and mileage) ready for production within a year and that a $1000 deposit would guarantee me my spot in the queue.to receive one. It has been many more years than the promised delivery and appears more Ponzi than Production Plan.

I paid a $1,000.00 deposit 4 years ago. The electronic receipt Elio gave me was for a T-Shirt not the car I was told I'd be getting. The "promised" production dates are continually pushed ahead year after year, It's time to settle up, car or refund!

I paid $1000 4 years ago with the expectations an Elio would be available in a few short months. Only to kicked down the road a little more every 6 months or so. I am tired of release dates passing with no real promises.

Ive never payed for reservation but ive been fallowing elios since 2010 and almost every year they promise production of the car on certain date that same year but every time they change the release date

If they really are excepting deposits to this current day, they truly are thieves.

This is fraud they have no intention to build a car they just want to keep getting money from suckers like us.

After seeing Elio's concept vehicle in Denver during a Road Show in the summer of 2014, when my wife and I were told production would begin the following year, we made our $1,000 deposit based on that anticipated production information. If we had been told it would be 3+ years later, we would never have made the deposit. In hindsight, bold faced lies.

Had told elio to stick it. My reservation # was 3920. I'll probably die by the time I get one. I believe my reservation payment of $1000 Was paid around 4/25/14. I've never heard a word from them.

It's been about three years or so when I signed up at Barrett Jackson with my $ 1000 deposit . I thought something was fishy when the receipt they gave me said "teeshirt" instead of an Elio car deposit . Thye told me production would start in 12 to 18 months . This company has been severely fraudulent in it's representation of the Elio opportunity with all it's lies and delays . Something should be done .
