This ruse of a company is happy to keep telling would be customers that they will be building a vehicle and accepting deposits, all while knowing they have no viable way to build it.

I reserved my Elio 4+ years ago and at this point truly feel I won't live long enough to obtain one. My Elio production/delivery date has been postponed at least 7 times since I paid my $1000.00 all in reservation. PONZI SCHEME comes to mind.

All in non refundable 1K Feb 2013. Acquired a 2nd one last year and stock. Not happy but trying to be optimistic. Just one of the board members annual paychecks could pay us back and them some. Wish Paul the best but he needs to refund everyone their money. The 65k reservations is a drop in the bucket.

I also signed up for a $1,000 non-refundable.... I just feel like they just stole their money

Elio Motors has obviously committed fraud, deceptive advertising, misrepresentation of material facts in an offering of Reg-A Plus stock, and has unjustly enriched its directors and officers, to the great detriment of the customers. A powerful class action law suit needs to be filed and the officers of Elio Motors prosecuted immediately.

Put down $1000 several years ago. Now, they have raised the price and I still haven't seen the car. Just more and more excuses and pushback dates.

Put down $1000 in the very beginning. Wondering now if I will ever see my Elio.

I went all in and put down $1000 dollars several years ago and was promised a car and a extra $500 dollars towards my purchase. That was when it was supposed to. Be only $6800 dollars. Now they are saying $7400 dollars or $7000 if you change your deposit to a non refundable deposit. Where is my car or my money? I want it back!!!!!!
