They took $1,000 from me in return they promised me a car, that was 5-6 years ago . I want my money back

I’m all in. Oh wait! I’ve said that before.

I reserved 2 vehicles

I put down a $1000 deposit for years ago and they have not delivered on their promise

I only signed up for the $100 reservation and got a T-shirt and bumper sticker in return. Im no fool but I am a small time gambler. So even though I wish I had an Elio now, I understand the problems and will continue to be patient with my $80 gamble. :)

I have my letter of proof.

I'm now 80yoa, will I ever see this car? said it before and i'll say it again; we just funded his hobby!

It should also include making ALL reservations refundable.

I wanted this car. But Now I am all in at $1000 and bought some stock too. Ridiculous. I want a refund of my deposit.

Several years ago they sold their dream car, making it sound like they were ready to start production within the year. Now all I see is year after year of delays. The all-in investment option sold because of the promise of going into production very soon but they break that promise time and time again. They need to either deliver on their promises and give us our cars or return all the money they collected.

I've had enough. 4 years and my $1,000 deposit has gotten me nothing but a worn out T-Shirt.

I am 10264 I think. I am tired of this. One lie after another.

I've been all in on this since... well, I'm number 862 I think. Big salaries. Questionable ethics. Empty promises.

All in at $1000.00 and purchased 700 shares of worthless stock

Both my partner and myself have contracted life threatening maladies but still Elio denied us a refund. It is going on 3-4 years.

Stop taking new reservations until final designs are completed
