in 2013 when they took my money they knew it would not be built in 2014 or 2015 like they alluded to, they committed fraud!

I went all in years ago. For every year that production is pushed back it represents $800 more I had to spend on gas at the limited amount of driving I do. I had intended to use it in my retirement like a motorcycle for road trips. I can't afford to do that in my 22mpg Subaru.

Since I went "all in" for $1000 back in 2014 I've become disabled. I won't be able to drive it if it ever gets built (highly unlikely). Refund Please.

As a stock holder, I am appalled at the direction Elio Motors is going and how they treat their stock holders and their customers deposits.

I put a deposit down several YEARS ago. They wont refund it when its clear we are never seeing this car. I'd simply like my money back.

Back in 2014 I agreed to pay a $500 deposit for one of their three wheeled cars. I'm out my money with no product to show for it.
