Petition to file class action lawsuit against Elio Motors

I am not willing to wait another whole year for my vehicle. We have been waiting since the beginning. Our goal was for my son to get his license and it would be his first car. This has not happened I want a refund

A true disgrace. I wonder if my t-shirt and bumper sticker that I paid $500 for will be a collectors item?

$1000 deposit , got a receipt for a T shirt. they sent 2 t's by mistake and wanted me to send one back.

We paid the $1000 deposit 5 years ago and received nothing.....not even a tshirt!!!!! This company is a scam

Sad to never see this come to life, doubt that the latest claim of 2019 production will happen.

Surely nobody that reserved an Elio expected they'd still be waiting for production to start in late 2018.

This seems like more of a SCAM as time goes by. A lot of hype and no results..Tired of being lied to.

I gave $500. 00 for a car, continuously emailing , asking for when production would begin... outraged that’ I never got a car...

This lawsuit should also go after the sponsors of Elio Motors .

We are senior citizens and don't believe we will ever see the vehicle before we are too old to drive it! I have written several emails questioning when we would see our car as they pushed back the arrival date of production by 2 years since we paid up and signed on.

I'm out of a grand and want my money back.

4 years later and still nothing. I can't believe it.
