It is possible that big auto companies didn't want Elio to succeed. That said, continue taking other peoples money doesn't look good.

Elio has had my all in monthy since 2014. Here it is 5 years later and all I have to show for it was a T Shirt and bumper sticker. Scam. They had not intention in elio ever making it to the assembly line.

Elio needs to get it's act together. By the time they start production the car will already be a relic. What annoys me the most is that when I put money down for an Elio, the starting base price was $6500. Every year they delay the price goes up. That's fraud. Why would I want to buy half a car for the price of a whole car.

$1000 and 4 years later and NOTHING. I understand “non refundable “ but that was with the understanding, that Elio would actually build and deliver a vehicle.

I put $100 in. Look it is one thing to take my money then fail a year later but I think it has been 3 year.

Stop the lies and produce the vehicle or return my non-refundable deposit back so I can put a down payment on a Polaris or other 3 wheeled vehicle. Reservation #17XXX

...because it's THE PERFECT vehicle for my daily commute. See? It's been so long, I forgot my "reservation" for a "spot in line" wasn't actually an order.
