Petition to file class action lawsuit against Elio Motors

Been waiting too long. Just let me have my $1000 deposit back.

I put down a $1000 non refundable deposit. I’m hoping for a chance to get some of that back.

I haven't heard any news on this product, nor have there been any updates from Elio Motors.

Gave our $1000 several years ago hoping and waiting for this guy to come to the table with production. Trusted because saw on reputable cable channel. Sad and hope we get a refund some day. Why aren’t the FEDS getting involved.

I put in, and it just keeps pushing back the date. It was SUPPOSED to be ready in 2016..............!!!!!

I was all in for a car in 2017. where is it.

Dates are promised but never kept. Information is not up to date, everyone who has paid for reservations should be allowed to get their money back

I paid the $1000 all in too and in good faith in getting a Elio. I hope Elio in some way has legal issues over this scam, but I won't hope on any refund as the attorneys or the Federal Govt. will take it all if any $ is left.

I really got taken as a true believer. $1,000 all in + $5,000 in stock. That was pretty substantial for us.

I am all in $1000 #1832 in line and also bought $1000 of their stock initially which is worth almost nothing now. I feel like I have been screwed.

Please use this petition to get our money back , this Paul Elio is a multi millionaire !
