Delay after Delay! I am all in for nothing! I would like to have the opportunity to receive my money back or the damn car Elio promised.....

Gallagher again: I went "All In" 9/17/2015. Years ago I would email or call to ask how does Elio deliver the car to the owner's survivors? I'm 72 now, how could I be so dumb?

Have original Visa receipt for $1000 on July 1st, 2013. Never heard anything from Elio except a tee shirt and bumper sticker. Suit should be filed in a Federal Court since they have operated in several states.

I can't believe I fell for this 1000 hoax.

The level of mismanagement by Paul Elio makes me think that this was all just a scam.

time to shut this company down. At least we can stop others from being fleeced.

I gave a big deposit AND bought a large chunk of stock... feel foolish

I put down money and was told production would be shortly after. This has continually been changed against what I contracted for. Either refund or lock the leaders up for fraud etc.

I'm fed up with the delays. We signed on and paid early on, 6 years or so ago.

i prepaid the $1000 down payment and bought $900 in stock in 2015! I want a refund!
