Petition to file class action lawsuit against Elio Motors

I have made a reservation with these crooks. I want my money back. They lied to me period.

I gave them $1,000 like 3.5 yrs ago and am sooo over this

I got a 25% discount on a $1,000 scam. And I never even got my Tee Shirt. I wanted at least one positive memory for my hard earned money. Tooo Bad :-(

They spent too much money on a completely new engine when they could have used an existing engine that was perfect for this venture.

I put down money on an ELIO back in 2015 and When I had talked to Chip and Phil and Al, they kept telling me that it was coming out beginning of 2017. Now they don't answer the phone or return calls. How do I get in on a class action suit. I have a reservation # with REFUNDABLE on it

I am a reservation holder. I don't even get a newsletter any more, tried to contact them with no luck.

All-In Reservation # 1476, I got in very early, September 2013. I would like to get my deposit back with interest. I am 67 years old now. Another few years of waiting and I may be dead already. Geeeze. This is a Breech of Contract on their part.

Went all in... communication of timelines and questions has gone dark out to customers. I think they violated the agreement the first 5 times they pushed out the timelines

Took my money but no Elio.
