Petition to file class action lawsuit against Elio Motors

I was all in with 1,100 US dollars after more than 4 years nothing going on with this company ,I want my money back .

$500 in stock options and $1000.00 on Elio July 6, 2014 for the car. I cannot find my number is line, but here is the order number. Elio Motors: New Order # 100021171 This company took advantage of everyone, offered no diplomatic solution. Didn't value the customer, didn't value the sales, and blew money hand over fist after stating several times how their car if moving down the road. "Meaning they were working on a solution to the fuel problem." They have since died off and took advantage of Overstock. I wonder how they feel?

They basically stole my $1500. This company owes me back all of my money for a pre-order

Ripped me off for a $1000.00 dollars never again

I'm a $1000 reservation holder, and cannot even get a response from the Elio company-very disrespectful at a minimum, and to think I tried to promote sales.

After putting down a sizable deposit and tracking their promotional emails for many years I was completely befuddled when the emails stopped and there was no way to contact the Elio Company. I knew then that we all had been “hoodwinked”. They must be held accountable for their actions.

This is a car that I wanted to buy. After 6 yrs waiting I have been lies to. Bummer!!!!!

Its more clear now that missteps were made and the car is unlikely. If the money isnt being returned, the company should be shuttered and its assets sold and distributed.

I paid $1000.00 for a car 8 to 9 years ago.

I been a all in backer sents 2013 now my account is gone and now you can not contact them. There contact is gone off the web.

Looked forward to getting the email updates. And then the emails were all from the "archives" ( regurgated ). And then they just stopped. Barnum was right - a fool is born every minute. We not only went in as an " all in " reservation holder for $1000
