$1,000 trusting Mr Elio was actually trying to make a car. I have read that a lot of the engineering was done by another of his companies and they got paid quite well.
So he was getting paid regardless of if cars got made.
Not sure what all is true but after reading about this is makes me feel as if this was a scam from the start.

l pain 1000 down and received nothing. I did not pay 1000 as an investment. It was a payment for a car. I tried logging onto my elio account and I can't get in. It is like the account access has been disabled.

I'm a $1000 all in customer. So far all my $1000 has gotten is a t-shirt. I'm not looking for a refund. I'm looking for the car I was promised.

$1,000 All-In in 2014 believing claims that first production would roll out in 2015 . . . then 2016 . . . then price jumped from $5k to $7k. Lie after lie.

Around 2010 I paid $1000.00 all in. And for a few years I could access my account. As of 6/2020 my account is not accessible. I have emailed and left messages. No response.
