I would like my money back. I agree with Louisiana that it is, “ improper for Elio to accept reservations in light of the uncertainty as to whether and when Elio will be able to begin producing its vehicles”. If they weren’t set to make cars then they shouldn’t have taken reservations.

I made my EARLY $1,000 deposit in April 2014 (six years ago..wow), and I'm still waiting, hopeful, stupid. Bad enough 65,000 suckers including me ALSO made deposits, but I'm told ELIO ALSO received $50 MILLION on top of that from a Federal government loan/program...is that correct? HOLY COW, what a scam, and I've also been told "PAUL ELIO HAS PERPETRATED THIS EXACT SCAM BEFORE AND GOTTEN AWAY WITH IT..." Good grief, people, how can we all be so abused and take it laying down?
