Petition to file class action lawsuit against Elio Motors

Super disappointed, started following development in 2010 and made a reservation in 2017. I won't miss the money but Elio Motors should be held accountable to either deliver on their promises or stop collecting reservations.

I put a deposit of $1000 down and have been waiting close to 10 years! (2013) NOW they are saying no gas Elio- just an electric car. I want a refund the money. And yes they should pay US interest ! How many years Elio live with our money investment?

I think it’s interesting they are coming out with an Electric vehicle when no one has the gas vehicle. Why isn’t he in jail?

they haven't delivered. we deserve our money back

So disappointed, and shocked when all communication stopped. I also along with thousands of others invested the $1000.00. Even a few I know that did the $100.00 did not get a refund and no communication. I truly want my money refunded with interest.

Yep, put a $1,000.00 "all in" July of 2014. Its clear with the switch to electric they are in breach of the original agreement. Like many others I am looking for a refund.
