Like thousands of others, I put down a deposit for their supposed $6800/84mpg car, only to find out, after 3 years of silence, that they decided everyone who did so could go eff themselves. And Paul Elio is a freaking liar - one had a choice of putting down a refundable OR non-refundable deposit.

I believed in the project. I reserved a car $1000 and purchased stock. I have mobility issues and thought this was a solution. Now is a problem with my wife on getting a new electric 3 wheeled car.

I went all in for a $1,000 "non-refundable" reservation during April of 2016. All they've delivered are emailed excuses. Now they have switched to a new grift: gasoline powered on the back burner and electric is all the rage! Well ... that means they have opened themselves up to legal action by way of abandonment of the original contract. It's obvious to me now that Paul Elio is a scammer. I want my deposit back.

I paid to get my place in line for this car. And it seems the only people that profited from endeavor are politicians and big oil.
