Petition to file class action lawsuit against Elio Motors

I gave 1,000 for my reservation like many, no new about the motocar. This looks like a big scam.

#3701. $1k reservation. 2013

I put down the $1000 deposit in 2014 and am disgusted that Elio continues to solicit pledges when they have yet to produce a single vehicle after over a decade of promises!

I put a deposit down of $1000 and got nothing but meaningless emails from the company

Paid my deposit in 2009

$1,000 "reservation" in 2014. No three- wheeler, yet. No tee-shirt. Press the class action!

Put $100 deposit initially then $1,000 so $1,100 down total

Paid 500 bucks in 2015 for a 7000 dollar car delivery in 2016

I sent a check for a $1,000. I read that he feels that a non refundable is in order. I can see if I tried to cancel. Elio cancelled on us. We should get our money back.

I don’t think he was ever serious about going in to production

I have put down a deposit on 3 of them and have gotten 0 updates on status in years

Unfortunately invested in this... along with two reservations.

Out $1000. Had such high hopes and nothing ever materialized.

Lost $1000. Needs to be shut down before more people are taken advantage of.
