Although I only lost $100, I'm tired of seeing others dupped with the latest 'EV' reservation promotions, when previous product promises have not been fulfilled!

Lost 100$ when this first came out. They sent me a t-shirt and i got a sticker. I was skeptical from day 1. I lost 100$ while others lost up to 1500$. How is it this BS scammer shows news stations and financial websites like they are backing this. Where is our Gov agencies blowing this up.

My brother, who can ill afford it, put down $1000 in 2014 ($1288 in 2023 dollars) when gas prices were so danged high. He got many, many promises and announcements and excuses, but no car, and no refund.
Paul Elio needs to have the pants sued off of him!

I placed a deposit for a vehicle. I just inquired and was told they switched to producing an electric version which I have no interest in. I want what I thought I was purchasing. If I want an electric 3 wheeled vehicle, I would have bought one that is already being produced and sold.

RE- Deposit: Did not ask for it back. Figured it was lost cause. Was early in on doing a deposit though..... out of the blue just got deposit back today. June 24, 2023
It went on a longer trip though cause mail first went to an old mailing address... was returned to Elio by Post Office with my new address label on it... Elio took the time to re-send it to me at my new address.
